Refund policy
By placing an order or making a purchase on Hamdaan.in, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we currently do not offer a return or refund option. Each Hamdaan product is uniquely printed for each customer, so we cannot restock or resell these items at the moment. This policy is also in place to maintain our product’s exclusivity and ensure the uniqueness of the items you purchase.
Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please also note that if the pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, Hamdaan Apparels and Accessories shall not be responsible for the RTO and as a result, no refunds will be processed from our end.
If your exchange is accepted, we will send you details on how to process the exchange. Note, there may be additional cost associated with the exchange request which the customer need to provide. Hence, to avoid return and exchange we recommend to please check the product description.

Incorrect Address – If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged additional amount based on your zip code for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have received a defective product. a return or exchange request for a defective product can be shared with us by dropping in a mail at hamdaandotin@gmail.com. If the defect is verified, Hamdaan Apparels and Accessories will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement, at 0 cost, as the you prefers.
- The defect needs to be communicated to Hamdaan within 48 hours upon the date of delivery.
- Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
- Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
- Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchange, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellations by the customer – In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back as credits into your account. If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
Cancellation by Hamdaan – Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account with in 15 days unless something unexpected happened.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
